1. What is the Spend & Win Umrah Campaign?
The Spend & Win Umrah Campaign rewards eligible Bumiputera Touch ‘n Go eWallet Visa Travel cardholders who perform qualifying overseas in-store transactions during the campaign period with a chance to win an Umrah package for two (2) persons.
2. When is the campaign period?
The campaign will run from 1 July 2026 until 31 August 2026, both dates inclusive.
3. Who is eligible to participate in this campaign?
This campaign is open exclusively to eligible Bumiputera individuals who are Touch ‘n Go eWallet Visa Travel cardholders with accounts in good standing.
4. What transactions are eligible for this campaign?
Eligible transactions are eligible overseas in-store transactions paid in foreign currency using the Touch ‘n Go eWallet Visa Travel Card during the campaign period.
5. Are local retail transactions eligible?
No. Only eligible and overseas in-store transactions in foreign currency are eligible. Local transactions and online transactions will not qualify for this campaign.
6. Will cancelled or refunded transactions be counted?
No. Transactions that are cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, and/or deemed fraudulent will not be considered eligible.
7. How many winners will be selected?
A total of two (2) winners will be selected during the campaign period.
8. How will the winners be selected?
One (1) winner will be selected each month based on eligible spending and/or selection mechanics as set out in the campaign terms and conditions.
9. What is the prize for the winners?
Each winner will receive one (1) Umrah package for two (2) people, worth approximately RM23,000.
10. What does the Umrah package include?
The prize includes a 12 Days 10 Nights Umrah travel package to Saudi Arabia, subject to the appointed travel agency’s itinerary, availability and arrangements.
11. When is the travel period?
The travel period is expected to be between January 2027 and March 2027, subject to availability and the travel agency’s schedule.
12. Can the prize be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person?
No. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-convertible to cash.
13. How will winners be notified?
Winners may be contacted via phone call, email and/or other communication channels deemed appropriate by the organiser.
14. What happens if the winner cannot be contacted?
If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts or fails to respond within the stipulated timeline, the organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner.
