1. What is the campaign duration?
The Enjoy Free Lounge Access with TNG eWallet Visa Travel Card Campaign runs from 26 June 2026 until 31 August 2026.
2. Who is eligible for this campaign?
a. Users who have registered their TNG eWallet with a valid registered mobile number and successfully activated their TNG eWallet Visa Travel Card.
b. Users who successfully perform a transaction using TNG eWallet Visa Travel Card with:
i: a minimum spend of RM1,000 in a single transaction; and
ii: the transaction made through Agoda or KKday’s official mobile application or website
c. The applicable websites shall be as follows:

3. What is the Campaign Reward?
a. Eligible users shall be entitled to receive one (1) free lounge access voucher upon successful completion of eligible transaction.
b. There is no limit to the number of complimentary lounge access that each eligible user can receive under this Campaign.
c. The voucher will be issued instantly to the respective user after the eligible transaction is recognised.
4. How long will the Voucher be available for me to use?
a. Each voucher is valid until 31 December 2026.
b. Any unused voucher after its validity period will be forfeited and shall not be reinstated or reissued.
5. Where can I redeem this voucher?
The voucher entitles the holder to one (1) visit of up to three (3) hours per visit at the following Plaza Premium Lounge outlet in Malaysia:
a. Kuala Lumpur International Airport International Departures, Contact Pier, KLIA Terminal 1
b. Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Terminal 2, Gateway (Aerotel)
c. Langkawi International Airport
d. Penang International Airport
e. Johor Bahru Senai International Airport
6. How can I redeem this voucher?
a. The voucher will be made available under GO rewards > My Rewards > Active/Past Vouchers.
b. Users are required to present their physical Touch ‘n Go eWallet Visa Travel Card along with the voucher at the lounge counter prior to entry.
