CarInsure & MotoInsure Bonanza Campaign 2026

1. What is the CarInsure & MotoInsure Bonanza Campaign?
   The Campaign is a limited‑time promotion where eligible TNG eWallet users who purchase CarInsure or MotoInsure policies via the TNG eWallet can enjoy cashback rewards and stand a chance to win attractive lucky draw prizes.
2. When is the Campaign period?
   The Campaign runs from 15 July 2026 to 14 September 2026, both dates inclusive.
3. Who is eligible to participate?
   The Campaign is open to eligible TNG eWallet users who successfully purchase a CarInsure or MotoInsure policy or certificate via the TNG eWallet during the Campaign Period. Users must enter the promo code “BONANZA” at checkout to be eligible for the Cashback Reward and Lucky Draw.
4. Which purchases qualify for this Campaign?
   Only successfully issued and non‑cancelled CarInsure or MotoInsure policies purchased through the CarInsure and MotoInsure platform in the TNG eWallet app are eligible.
5. Can I participate more than once?
   Yes. Multiple policy purchases are allowed.
   Each successfully issued and non‑cancelled policy purchase counts as one (1) lucky draw entry for the applicable campaign month.
6. What cashback rewards are offered?
   Eligible users will receive:

• • RM20 cashback for each successful Comprehensive CarInsure purchase; and
  • RM5 cashback for each successful MotoInsure purchase.

8. Do I need to enter a promo code to get the cashback?
   Yes. You must enter the promo code “BONANZA” at checkout to be eligible for the cashback and lucky draw.
9. When will the cashback be credited?
   Cashback will be credited into your TNG eWallet within 10 working days after successful policy issuance, subject to a total cashback pool of RM80,000.
10. Can cashback be withdrawn or transferred?
    No. Cashback is non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, and not withdrawable as cash, unless otherwise stated by TNGD.
11. What lucky draw prizes can I win?
    A total of 20 prizes will be awarded under the Campaign:

• • 10 prizes for 15 July-14 August 2026, and
  • 10 prizes for 15 August- 14 September 2026,

including smartphones, tablets, home appliances, wearables, and car accessories.
(Prizes vary by month and are non‑transferable and not exchangeable for cash.)

11. How are lucky draw winners selected?
    Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries for each campaign month, after the end of the Campaign Period.
12. When and how will winners be notified?
    Winners will be notified via email.
    Winners must respond within 14 days from the notification date, failing which the prize will be forfeited.
13. When will prizes be delivered?
    Prize fulfilment will be completed within two (2) months after the end of the Campaign Period.
14. Can prizes be delivered outside Malaysia?
    No. Prize delivery outside Malaysia is not permitted.
15. What happens if I provide incorrect or incomplete details?
    TNGD will not be responsible for delays or failure in prize fulfilment caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by winners.
16. Can this Campaign be combined with other promotions?
    No. This Campaign is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or voucher redemptions.
17. Are reloads, gift cards, or offline transactions eligible?
    No. The Campaign does not apply to reload transactions, gift card purchases, in‑store services, offline transactions, or third‑party platforms.
18. Can TNGD disqualify participants?
    Yes. TNGD reserves the right to disqualify users suspected of fraud, misuse, technical abuse, or breach of TNG eWallet Terms & Conditions.
