Duitnow Reload Pot Challenge

Terms & Conditions

  1. This DuitNow Reload Pot Challenge (“Campaign”) is organized by TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 201701042478 (1256651-M)) (“TNGD”).

 

  1. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

 

  1. TNGD reserves the right to modify, terminate, withdraw or extend the Campaign prior to the expiration of the Campaign Period at any time by providing prior notice on the TNGD’s website at https://www.tngdigital.com.my/ and/or the e-Wallet mobile application operated by TNGD (“TNG eWallet”).

 

  1. The campaign period is from 15 June 2026 until 15 September 2026 (“Campaign Period”), both dates inclusive.

 

Eligibility

 

  1. This Campaign is open to selected TNG eWallet user(s) (excluding employees of Touch ‘n Go Sdn. Bhd. and TNGD) (“Participants”) who meet either one of the following criteria:

 

  1. Participants who, during the period from 1 December 2025 up to the day immediately preceding the start of the Campaign Period (14 June 2026):
  • Have reloaded their TNG eWallet exclusively using Debit Card issued by Malaysian banks; and
  • Have never used DuitNow Transfer to reload their TNG eWallet prior to the Campaign Period.

OR

 

  1. Participants who during the period from 1 December 2025 up to the day immediately preceding the start of the Campaign Period (14 June 2026), have reloaded their TNG eWallet exclusively using DuitNow Transfer.

 

For the purpose of this Campaign, “DuitNow Transfer” means a real-time fund transfer feature that enables the sending and receiving of funds from internet banking platforms or participating e-wallets in Malaysia, by entering the recipient’s DuitNow ID, DuitNow account number or scanning the DuitNow P2P QR Code.

 

Campaign Mechanism:-

 

  1. To participate in the Campaign, the eligible Participants must reload their TNG eWallet via DuitNow Transfer with a minimum reload amount of RM500 in one (1) single successful transaction during the Campaign Period.

 

  1. Reloaded funds remain fully owned by Participants to be used in TNG eWallet.

 

  1. Participants will earn one (1) entry for every eligible RM500 reload into the TNG eWallet completed via DuitNow Transfer to stand a chance to win the DuitNow Reload Pot Challenge. There is no maximum limit on the number of entries that may be earned during the Campaign Period.

 

Example:

  • Reload RM3,000 in one transaction = 6 entries
  • Reload RM500 in one transaction = 1 entry
  • Reload RM750 in one transaction = 1 entry
  • Total entries earned = 8

 

  1. TNGD will launch a DuitNow Reload Pot whereby all eligible reload transactions completed during the Campaign Period shall contribute towards the DuitNow Reload Pot. TNGD will determine the DuitNow Reload Pot target for each Campaign Month (as defined hereunder) for the entire Campaign Period (“DuitNow Reload Pot Target”).

 

  1. The DuitNow Reload Pot Target and its progress will be displayed on the Campaign promotional page within the TNG eWallet for Participants’ reference.

 

  1. Once the DuitNow Reload Pot Target has achieved for a particular Campaign Month (as defined hereunder), TNGD will conduct a random selection of reward winners. Notwithstanding the foregoing, TNGD reserves the right to proceed with the random reward winner’s selection at the end of each Campaign Month even if the DuitNow Reload Pot Target is not fully achieved. The DuitNow Reload Pot Target, number of winners and prize allocation may vary for each month to be determined by TNGD at its sole discretion and communicated via the TNG eWallet.

 

Monthly Reward Winner Selection

  1. The details of the DuitNow Reload Pot Challenge are set out below, including the monthly reward allocation sum for each Campaign Month.

  1. Each lucky winner shall be entitled to receive a reward equivalent to the first Eligible Reload Amount (as defined hereunder) performed during the relevant Campaign Month, subject to a maximum cap of RM2,000 per winner.

 

For the avoidance of doubt:

  • Only the first Eligible Reload transaction amount will be considered for reward calculation.
  • Subsequent reload transactions shall not be taken into account for determining the reward.
  • If the first Eligible Reload amount exceeds RM2,000, the reward shall be capped at RM2,000.

 

  1. For the purpose of this Campaign, “Eligible Reload Amount” means the amount of funds reloaded into the Participant’s TNG eWallet via DuitNow Transfer as stipulated above, deducting any portion of such amount that is subsequently transferred out via the following methods:
  • Peer-to-peer transfer to another user within the TNG eWallet;
  • DuitNow Transfer; or
  • Money Packet Transfer

 

For the avoidance of doubt, all transfers made during the Campaign Month shall be aggregated and deducted from the first Eligible Reload Amount of such month, regardless of whether such transfers are made from subsequent reloads or existing wallet balance.

 

If the total transferred-out amount per Campaign Month exceeds the first Eligible Reload Amount for the said month, the Participant shall be deemed to be not eligible to the reward. The Eligible Reload Amount, after such deductions, shall form the basis for the reward calculation under Clause 13.

  1. The Participants may freely spend the reloaded amount within the TNG eWallet. For the purpose of this Campaign, “Spend” means the use of funds in the Participant’s TNG eWallet to make payments for goods or services to merchants, including payment made via DuitNow QR Code or other accepted payment methods within the TNG eWallet, but shall not include any transfer of funds to another person or account.

 

  1. For avoidance of doubt, ONE (1) Participant is only entitled to win ONE (1) reward throughout the entire Campaign Period, regardless of the number of entries earned or the month in which the entries are accumulated.

 

  1. Monthly reward winners will be announced within 14 Working Days of the following month on the Campaign promotional page. For the purpose of this Campaign, “Working Days” means any day on which commercial banks are open for business, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in Kuala Lumpur.

 

  1. Rewards will be in the form of electronic money to be credited into the winner’s TNG eWallet within 30 working days from the day of winners’ announcement after verification by TNGD.

 

  1. The rewards will be credited directly to the winner’s TNG eWallet and are not exchangeable for cash nor transferable to any other person prior to such reward credited to the winner. Once credited, the rewards shall form part of the winner’s TNG eWallet balance and may be used by the winner in accordance with the terms and conditions of the TNG eWallet.

 

  1. All winners shall accept the rewards on an “as is” basis.

 

  1. Campaign winners are required to answer ONE (1) question for verification purposes when contacted by TNGD via email. Upon answering the question correctly, the prizes will be fulfilled.

 

  1. The eligibility to claim the prize will be forfeited if the winners cannot be contacted within ONE (1) week from the announcement date.

 

  1. Campaign winners will be required to provide proof of identification and contact details to TNGD via email for the prize fulfillment arrangement.

 

Verification, Disqualification & Fraud

  1. TNGD reserves the right to verify all reload transactions, entries, and user accounts. Any Participant suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or breach of these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified at TNGD’s sole discretion.

 

  1. If during the Campaign Period any participating TNG eWallet account is blocked, suspended, terminated, or deemed invalid, such account shall be disqualified from participation and reward entitlement.

 

  1. Any Participant who terminates their TNG eWallet account during the Campaign Period shall be automatically disqualified from the Campaign.

 

General Terms

 

  1. By participating in this Campaign, the Participants consent to the collection and/or processing of their personal data in accordance with the TNGD Group Privacy Notice which can be found on TNGD’s website.

 

  1. TNGD makes no warranties or representations with respect to the rewards and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or misuse arising from participation in the Campaign or the use of the rewards.

 

  1. TNGD’s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign, including eligibility, selection of winners, rewards, and dispute resolution, shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals shall be entertained.
