Q1     What does this campaign offer?

A1     This campaign open to TNG eWallet merchant with a registered SSM (Sole Proprietorship) business in Touch ‘n Go eWallet. During the Campaign Period, merchants who successfully apply a loan, and meet the Campaign requirements (“Eligible User(s)”) will earn ONE (1) an entry and stand a chance to win a prize (“Campaign Prize(s)”).

Q2     How do I participate in this campaign?

A2     To participate, you are required to apply for an CIMB SME QuickBiz Financing via BizCash on Touch ‘n Go eWallet, and the loan application must be approved, accepted by the User, and the funds fully disbursed within the Campaign Period (12th June 2026 to 31st August 2026). The Eligible User’s minimum disbursed loan amount must be:

  • Ringgit Malaysia Thirty Eight Thousand (RM38,000.00) for eligibility to the Grand Prize;
  • Ringgit Malaysia Fifteen Thousand (RM15,000.00) for eligibility to the 1st Runner-Up Prize;
  • Ringgit Malaysia Ten Thousand (RM10,000.00) for eligibility to the 2nd Runner-Up Prize;

A total of thirty-one (31) winners will be selected from the pool of Eligible Users (“Winner(s)”). Each Winner is only entitled to receive ONE (1) Prize from this Campaign.

  • Grand Prize (1 winner): ONE (1) unit Samsung S26 Ultra 256GB, determined via lucky draw among Eligible Users who meet the minimum loan disbursement requirement of RM38,000.00;
  • 1st Runner-Up Prize (10 winners): TEN (10) units TNGD BlueTap, determined via lucky draw among Eligible Users who meet the minimum loan disbursement requirement of RM15,000.00;
  • 2nd Runner-Up Prize (20 winners): TWENTY (20) units RM100 TNG eWallet Reload PIN, awarded on a first come, first served basis to the first twenty (20) loans disbursed within the Campaign Period that meet the minimum loan disbursement requirement of RM10,000.00

Each User is only eligible for ONE (1) reward during the Campaign Period, regardless of the number of successful loan applications made. For avoidance of doubt, Users who qualify as Winners for the 2nd Runner-Up Prize shall not be eligible for the lucky draw for the Grand Prize or the 1st Runner-Up Prize.

Q3     What is the duration of this campaign?

A3     The Campaign shall commence on 12 June 2026 and ends on 31 August 2026, inclusive of both dates.

Q4     How many units of Campaign Prize(s) can I win during the Campaign Period?

A4Each Winner is only entitled to receive ONE (1) Prize from this Campaign throughout the Campaign Period. For avoidance of doubt, Users who qualify as Winners for the 2nd Runner-Up Prize shall not be eligible for the lucky draw for the Grand Prize or the 1st Runner-Up Prize.

Note: TNGD reserves the right to revise, vary, and/or amend the unit price of any or all the prizes without prior notice to the winner(s).

Q6     How do I reload the TNG eWallet Reload PIN?

A6    The Campaign Prize(s) will be directly credited to the Winner(s) eWallet.

Q7     How do I know if I am the Winner?

A7     Winner of the Campaign Prize(s) will be selected within thirty (30) working days from the end of the Campaign, and will be contacted via email sent to the email address registered with their Touch ‘n Go eWallet account.

For Grand Prize and 1st Runner Up, the selected Lucky Draw Winner(s) of the Campaign Prize(s) are required to answer ONE (1) question correctly and provide proof of identification and contact details for verification purpose when contacted by Touch ‘n Go eWallet before the redemption/fulfillment of the prize can be completed. Failure to do so would result in the cancellation of the prize(s) won by the Winner(s).

A8     BizCash is a business loan feature on TNG eWallet that allows eligible merchants to apply for  loan/financing digitally, anytime. The application process is simple and seamless, with quick approvals and clear next steps.  BizCash is offered in partnership with participating banks and are applied for directly within the TNG eWallet.

Q9     What is CIMB SME Quick Biz Financing?

A9     CIMB SME Quick Biz Financing is the underlying SME unsecured working capital loan product made available via TNG eWallet’s BizCash icon.

Q10     What are the benefits of obtaining a CIMB SME Quick Biz Financing via BizCash?

A10      The features and benefits are as follows:

  • Flexible loan amount ranging up to RM150,000.00 depending on eligibility.
  • Flexible loan duration between 1 year to 5 years depending on eligibility.
  • Low annual revenue requirement at RM50,000.00 per year.
