  1. What is this campaign?
    This is a bonus cashback campaign held together with the TNG Remittance Referral Program. Eligible Referrers can earn Spin the Wheel chances for successful referrals and stand a chance to win instant cashback rewards.

 

  1. What is the duration of this campaign?
    The Campaign Period is from 27 May 2026 until 28 May 2026, both dates inclusive.

 

  1. Who is eligible to participate?
    Any existing or new TNG eWallet user who shares the TNG Remittance Service via their referral QR code or invitation link may participate as a Referrer. The Referee must be a new remittance user who has not previously completed any remittance transaction.

 

  1. What is considered a Successful Referral?
    A referral is considered successful when the Referee is a new remittance user, completes all required verification and onboarding requirements, and completes their first successful remittance transaction within the Campaign Period.

 

  1. How is the successful Referrer determined?
    The Successful Referral will be attributed based on the last referral QR code scanned or invitation link clicked by the Referee before the Referee completes their first successful remittance transaction.

 

  1. How does a Referrer earn a Spin the Wheel chance?
    The Referrer will receive one Spin the Wheel chance for each Successful Referral. Each Successful Referral entitles the Referrer to one spin chance only.

 

  1. Is there any limit to qualifying referrals?
    Yes. Only the first fifty (50) Successful Referrals recorded per day during the Campaign Period will qualify for this campaign.

 

  1. What rewards can I win from the Spin the Wheel?
    Each Spin the Wheel attempt gives the Referrer a chance to win instant cashback rewards from the daily prize pool: one winner of RM200, three winners of RM150 each, six winners of RM100 each, and forty winners of RM50 each, while stocks last.

 

  1. When will I receive the cashback reward if I win?
    Any cashback won through the Spin the Wheel will be credited to the eligible Referrer’s TNG eWallet account, subject to verification and processing by TNGDR.

 

  1. Can I transfer or exchange my Spin the Wheel chance?
    No. Each Spin the Wheel chance is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable. Any unused, forfeited, invalid, or unsuccessful spin chance will lapse automatically without replacement or compensation.
