Q1 What is this promotion?

Users who sign up or switch to the Cukup25, Power35, or Mantap48 Plan via the ‘Eastel’ Mini Program in TNG eWallet will receive up to RM10 cashback.

Q2 What is the duration of this promotion?

This promotion is valid from 18^th May 2026 until 18^th July 2026, Up to RM10 Cashback limited to the first 9,000 eligible transactions. The Promotion will cease once the cashback has been fully utilised, or upon the expiry of the Promotion Period, whichever occurs first.

Q3 Who is eligible for this promotion?

Users who sign up or switch to the Cukup25, Power35, or Mantap48 Plan through the ‘Eastel’ Mini Program in TNG eWallet are eligible to receive cashback of up to RM10.

Q4 When will I receive the cashback?

The cashback amount and voucher will be credited into user’s TNG eWallet automatically after the eligible transaction. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.

Q5 How many times can I enjoy this promotion?

Each selected TNG eWallet User is entitled to enjoy the Cashback ONE (1) time only, throughout the Promotion Period.
