    1. YOUTHopia is not a rewards only campaign.
      The campaign page serves primarily as an educational and engagement hub. While some features may offer rewards, vouchers, cashback, or deals, not all features will include incentives.

  1. Who is eligible to join this campaign?
    1. The YOUTHopia Campaign is open to selected Touch ’n Go eWallet users below eighteen (18) years old
  2. How do I access the YOUTHopia campaign page?
    1. Opening the TNG eWallet app and tapping on the YOUTHopia tile (if available); or
    2. Entering via in-app banners or notifications shown during the Campaign Period.
  3. What are Limited Time Vouchers (LTV) and deals?
    1. Where offered, Limited Time Vouchers (LTV) or deals:
      • Are made available during selected time periods
      • May be distributed on a randomised or first come, first served basis
      • Are subject to limited quantities and availability
    2. All LTVs and deals:
      • Are non transferable and non-refundable
      • Cannot be exchanged for cash
      • Must be used before their stated expiry date

    1. All redeemed vouchers (if any) can be found under the “My Rewards” section within the GOrewards landing page.
    2. The GOrewards landing page can be accessed via the TNG eWallet app homepage.
  2. What happens if my transaction is cancelled or refunded?
    1. If a transaction is cancelled, reversed, or refunded:
      • Any associated cashback, voucher, discount, or benefit may be voided or reversed.
  3. What should I do if I do not receive my reward or voucher?
    1. If your voucher or reward does not appear after 3 working days:
      • Verify that all conditions and terms were met
      • Check if the reward is fulfilled directly by the merchant
    2. Contact Customer Service via the Help Centre in your TNG eWallet app with supporting details (e.g. receipt or transaction ID)
