This “Siblings Day” (“Contest”) is organised by TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd. (“TNGD”).
The Contest period is from 10 April 2026 to 17 April 2026, both dates inclusive (“Contest Period”).
Contest posts will be posted on TNGD’s official Facebook, Instagram and Xiaohongshu platform (“Contest Post”) during Contest Period.
This Contest is open to all individuals (“Users”, “you”, or “your”) who hold a valid, active personal account on the respective social media platforms and participate in the Contest in accordance with these Terms and Conditions during the Contest Period (“Participant(s)”).
Campaign Mechanism
To be eligible to stand a chance to win a Prize, Participant must follow @touchngoewallet on the respective platform used for participation and complete the following:
Comment on the Contest Post “ONE thing your sibling always kacau you with… but lowkey love it” and share something your sibling (or sibling-figure) does that annoys you but you secretly love;
Tag your sibling (or sibling-figure) in the same comment; and
Include the hashtag #KacauButLove.
Winners’ announcement and selection:
The top ten (10) most heartwarming comments for each designated platform, as determined solely by TNGD, will be selected as Winners (“Winners”).
Winners will be announced via a pinned comment on the Contest Post. TNGD reserves the right to determine the timing of the announcement at its sole discretion.
TNGD shall have the sole and absolute discretion in determining, verifying, and finalising the number of valid Winners and the selection of Winners. The selection of the Winners shall be final and binding, and no queries, challenges or appeals with regard to the selection of Winners will be entertained.
Prizes:
A total of thirty (30) Winners will be selected across all designated platforms, comprising:
Ten (10) Winners from Facebook
Ten (10) Winners from Instagram
Ten (10) Winners from Xiaohongshu (XHS)
Each Winner will receive:
One (1) RM10.00 Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN (“Prize”).
Each User is eligible to win only one (1) Prize throughout the Contest.
The Winners will be announced on TNGD’s official social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram and Xiaohongshu (XHS) after the end of the Contest Period or as and when determined by TNGD from time to time.
TNGD will notify the Winners via direct message (DM) to the social media profile used to participate in the Contest.
Prize fulfilment:
For Facebook and Instagram, Winners will be contacted via DM on the respective platform used to participate in the Contest for prize fulfilment purposes.
For Xiaohongshu (XHS), upon contacting the Winners via DM, the Winners will then be required to provide a valid email address. TNGD will subsequently contact the Winners via email for Prize fulfilment purposes.
Upon issuance of the Prize, TNGD shall bear no responsibility or liability in relation to the Winner’s receipt, non-receipt, usage, or non-usage of the Prize, for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to unsuccessful redemption or utilization of the Prize. TNGD shall not be responsible or liable in the event the Prize is redeemed, used, or otherwise exploited by any third party (with or without the Winner’s consent).
Any Prize with a validity period must be redeemed and/or used within the validity period, failing which the Prize will be forfeited without any extension, compensation, replacement, or reissuance by TNGD.
TNGD reserves the right to substitute any of the Prizes with another prize of equivalent value due to any reason as solely determined by TNGD without prior notice.
All Prizes are non-transferable to another individual and non-negotiable. No request for replacement and/or exchange of Prize will be entertained.
TNGD shall not be responsible or liable for any disputes or claims or losses that arise from the Winner’s failure to receive the necessary DMs or the Prize from TNGD which is or may have been due to the fault or negligence of the Participants/Winners, including but not limited to providing TNGD with incorrect or incomplete personal details as required.
TNGD reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or disregard any Winner that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, invalid, duplicated, or in breach of these terms and conditions.
By participating in this Contest, all Users:
Consent for TNGD to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose your personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this Contest;
Consent for TNGD to disclose or publish personal information such as your names, social media handle, last 4 digits of the IC number and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
Grant TNGD the right to modify, use and publish any of your still or moving images for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purposes, without any payment or compensation.
