Terms and Conditions

  1. This RM10 Welcome Discount (“Promotion”) is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”) in collaboration with CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd (“CTOS”).
  2. The Promotion period shall commence from 9 April 2026 to 8 June 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). CTOS and/or TNGD reserves the right to terminate the Campaign by giving FIVE (5) business days prior notice, which shall be published on CTOS and TNGD website or application.
  3. This Promotion is only valid for selected Touch ‘n Go eWallet (“TNG eWallet”) users who have received push notification, in-app communication, or have been shown a targeted promotional banner for this Promotion (“Eligible User”).
  4. Eligible Users are only able to redeem a maximum of ONE (1) promotional code to purchase MyCTOS Score Report from TNG eWallet.
  5. To enjoy the discount, Eligible Users must manually enter and apply the designated promotional code on the checkout page before proceeding with the payment. The discount will be reflected in the final total once such promotional code is successfully validated.
  6. The promotional code is limited to first 6,000 redemptions. The Promotion will cease once the promotional codes have been fully redeemed or utilized, or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.
  7. This Promotion shall be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
  8. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf
  9.
