Terms & Conditions

  1. This Near Me Shake & Win! Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd Registration No. 201701042478 (1256651-M) (“TNGD”).
  2. The campaign period is from 1st April 2026 to 30th April 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
  3. This Campaign is open to all individuals who are registered users of the Touch ‘n Go eWallet (“User”, “you”, “your”).
  4. By using the “GOyang” feature accessible via the “Near Me” feature on the Touch ‘n Go eWallet, you may be eligible to receive either direct cashback (“Direct Cashback”); or a random product voucher (“Product Voucher”), subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.
  5. Campaign Mechanism:
  • You shall carry out the following actions in order to participate the Campaign:
  • Tap on the “Near Me” tab on the Touch ‘n Go eWallet mobile application (“Touch ‘n Go eWallet”) or select the GOyang tile on the Touch ‘n Go eWallet;
  • Each User is eligible to perform the ‘shake’ action on your mobile device once per day throughout the Campaign Period;
  • A successful “shake” may result in the eligible User to receive either a Direct Cashback or a Product Voucher that is randomly generated;
  • Where applicable, redeem the Product Voucher at the selected merchant within the validity period specified on the respective Product Voucher or where applicable, the Direct Cashback will be credited instantly to eligible User’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet.; and
  • The Campaign will cease once the total allocation for Direct Cashback and Product Voucher has been fully utilised, or at the expiration of the Campaign Period, whichever is earlier.
  1. Direct Cashback Terms:
  • Direct Cashback will be a fixed amount of RM0.01 per reward. This reward is distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to the total campaign fund availability as determined by TNGD at its sole discretion.
  • Direct Cashback credited under this Campaign is not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another account.
  1. Product Voucher Terms:
  • You may view the claimed Product Voucher under the “GOrewards” tab and click on the “My Rewards” tab available on the Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
  • You acknowledge and agree that each Product Voucher is valid for the specific duration stated on the voucher (e.g., three (3) or six (6) months ). Any expired vouchers will not be replaced or extended.
  • The Product Vouchers are limited to the following quantities for each participating merchant and will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis, as follows:
    • KFC: Whipped Potato (4 oz) – 2,000 units
    • Dunkin: Single Donut– 2,000 units
    • CU: Soft Serve – 2,500 units
    • ZUS Coffee: Curry Puff – 1,000 units
  • TNGD reserves the right to substitute any Product Voucher with another of equivalent value without notice.
  • The Product Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The Product Voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers/ongoing promotions and are subject to the specific terms of the participating merchant.
  • The Product Voucher is subject to its own terms and conditions stated on the Product Voucher. Users are required to review the applicable terms and conditions upon receipt of the voucher. Redemption of the voucher constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of such terms and conditions. Specific redemption requirements (such as minimum spend or specific item purchase) may apply as stated on each individual voucher.
  • TNGD makes no warranties regarding the quality or availability of the products at participating merchant outlets. Any disputes regarding the product of the respective Product Voucher must be resolved directly with the merchant.
  1. TNGD reserves the right to exclude any User who is found or reasonably suspected to have engaged in abusive, fraudulent, or manipulative behaviour, including any misuse of the Campaign, during the Campaign Period.
  2. TNGD reserves the right to modify, terminate, withdraw or extend the Campaign prior to the expiration of the Campaign Period at any time by providing prior notice on the TNGD’s website at www.touchngo.com.my/ and/or Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
  3. All decisions made in connection with this Campaign, including determination of eligibility, Direct Cashback entitlement, Product Voucher entitlement and campaign outcomes, shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
  4. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefit(s) under the campaign, if a User is found to have been in breach of any TNGD’s Users Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf).
