  1. What is the Prepaid and Postpaid Cashback Campaign ?
    This campaign is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD), offering selected users that are aged between 16 to 18 a visa card cashback voucher. Selected users must never reload or pay their prepaid or postpaid through TNG eWallet before to be eligible for the cashback.
  2. When is the campaign period?
    The campaign runs from 20 March 2026 to 31 May 2026.
  3. Who is eligible to receive this Cashback Voucher?
    Only selected users who receive an in-app push notification about the voucher during the campaign period are eligible to participate.
  1. When will the cashback be credited to me upon completion of the requirements?
    The cashback amount will be credited into the user’s TNG eWallet automatically upon meeting the voucher conditions.
  1. How long will the Cashback Voucher be available for me to use?
    The validity of the Cashback Voucher is 30 days upon voucher issuance. Any unused cashback voucher will expire.
  1. If I forget to use my Cashback Voucher, can they be reinstated?
    If users do not spend the Cashback Voucher within a validity period, the amount will be forfeited. Any unused Reward cannot be reinstated.
