This “Bagi lebih, Rezeki pun lebih” (“Contest”) is organised by TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd. (“TNGD”).
Contest posts will be posted on the following TNGD’s social media platforms (“Contest Post”): –
Facebook;
Instagram; and
TikTok .
The last day of the contest will be on the 7th day from the respective Contest Post publish date (“Contest Period”). For avoidance of doubt, the publish date of the Contest Post shall be included in the calculation of the Contest Period.
This Contest is open to all individuals (“Users”, “you”, or “your”) who hold a valid, active personal account on the respective social media platforms and participate in the Contest in accordance with these Terms and Conditions during the Contest Period (“Participant”). Employees of TNGD are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
Campaign Mechanism:
Facebook and TikTok
Comment on the Contest Post with a screenshot of the Money Packet you created using TNG eWallet and tell us why you like this feature;
Tag two (2) friends in your comment and include the hashtag #RayaMacam2; and
Ensure that you are following TNGD official social media account @touchngoewallet at the time of participation and winner selection.Entries must comply with the above requirements to be considered valid.
Instagram
Set your Instagram account to public account for the duration of the Contest Period and until winners are announced;
Use the “Add Yours” sticker named “Money Packet Raya Macam2” and post a screenshot of the Money Packet you created on your Instagram Story;
Include the hashtag #RayaMacam2 on your Instagram Story;
Comment “done” on the Contest Post after you have successfully posted your Instagram Story; and
Ensure that you are following TNGD official Instagram account @touchngoewallet at the time of participation and winner selection.Entries must strictly comply with all of the above requirements to be considered valid.
Winners’ announcement and selection:
Winners will be announced via a pinned comment on the Contest Post on each social media platform. TNGD reserves the right to determine the timing of the announcement at its sole discretion.
Winners will be selected based on the highest number of recipients per Money Packet shared by each Participant. For the avoidance of doubt, “recipients” shall refer only to unique individuals who have successfully claimed the Money Packet shared by the Participant, as recorded and verified by TNGD’s systems.
Prizes:
A total of thirty (30) Winners will be selected across all platforms, comprising:
Ten (10) Winners from Facebook
Ten (10) Winners from Instagram
Ten (10) Winners from TikTok
Each Winners will receive a TNG eWallet Reload PIN of RM100.00 (“Prize(s)”) which will be delivered to each Winners via direct message (DM) by TNGD to the social media profile used by the Winners to participate in the Contest.
The total Prizes to be distributed across all 30 Winners shall not exceed RM3,000.00 TNG eWallet Reload PIN.
Each Participants is eligible to win only one (1) Prize throughout the Contest.
TNGD reserves the right to substitute any of the Prizes with another prize of equivalent value due to any reason as solely determined by TNGD without prior notice.
All Prizes are non-transferable to another individual and non-negotiable. No request for replacement and/or exchange of Prize will be entertained.
TNGD shall have the sole and absolute discretion in determining, verifying, and finalising the number of valid recipients and the selection of winners. The selection of the Winners shall be final and binding, and no queries, challenges or appeals with regards to the selection of Winners will be entertained.
TNGD reserves the right to disqualify any participant or disregard any recipients that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, invalid, duplicated, or in breach of these terms and conditions.
TNGD shall not be responsible or liable for any disputes or claims or losses that arise from the Winner’s failure to receive the necessary DMs or the Prize from TNGD which is or may have been due to the fault or negligence of the Participants/Winners, including but not limited to providing TNGD with incorrect or incomplete personal details.
By participating in this Contest, all Users:
Consent for TNGD to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose your personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this Contest;
Consent for TNGD to disclose or publish personal information such as your names, social media handle, last 4 digits of the IC number and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
Grant TNGD the right to modify, use and publish any of your still or moving images for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purposes, without any payment or compensation.
