This promotion rewards eligible Existing-to-CarInsure (ETC) users who apply the promo code “BESTDEAL” during the purchase of a comprehensive motor insurance policy or takaful certificate via CarInsure in the TNG eWallet app.

Eligible ETC users will receive 10% cashback based on the gross premium paid, capped at RM55 per transaction.

Cashback is valid for transactions completed during the Promotion Period, while funds last.

  1. Who is eligible for this promotion?

This Promotion is open to Existing-to-CarInsure (ETC) users who have successfully purchased a CarInsure policy in 2026.

Eligible ETC users may participate in this Promotion for their second CarInsure policy renewal completed within the same calendar year (2026).

  1. What does “Existing-to-CarInsure” (ETC) mean?

“Existing-to-CarInsure” (ETC) refers to users who have successfully purchased at least one CarInsure policy in 2026 prior to participating in this Promotion.

  1. How do I qualify for the 10% cashback?

To qualify:

    • You must be an eligible ETC user.
    • You must purchase a comprehensive CarInsure insurance policy or takaful certificate via CarInsure within the TNG eWallet app.
    • You must enter and successfully apply the promo code “BESTDEAL” at checkout during the Promotion Period.

Only one (1) promo code may be used per transaction.

  1. What is the duration of this promotion?

The Promotion Period runs from 1 April 2026 to 31 December 2026, inclusive of both start and end dates.

  1. Is there a cap on the cashback amount?

Yes.

    • The cashback is capped at RM55 per successful transaction, regardless of the gross premium amount.
    • The total cashback allocation for this Promotion is capped at RM99,000 on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • The Promotion will end once the allocation is fully redeemed or at the end of the Promotion Period, whichever occurs first.
  1. Is this promotion valid across all platforms?

No. This Promotion is exclusively valid for purchases made via CarInsure within the TNG eWallet app. Transactions conducted via offline channels or third-party platforms are not eligible.

  1. Can I combine this promotion with other promotions or split transactions?

No.

    • This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or voucher redemptions.
    • Combined or split transactions are not allowed and will not be eligible for cashback.
  1. When will I receive the cashback?

Eligible cashback will be credited to your TNG eWallet account within 10 working days from the date of issuance of the qualifying insurance policy or takaful certificate.

  1. Can cashback be transferred or redeemed for cash?

No. Cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
