  1. What is the TNG eWallet CNY Campaign?

            The TNG eWallet Raya 2026 Campaign is a curated campaign page available in the TNG eWallet app from 28                  February to 3 Apr 2026. It brings together relevant Raya-related features, services, dining options, travel tools                and selected rewards to help users prepare, give, travel and celebrate Raya – all in one place.

 

  1. Is this campaign about discounts and rewards only?

            No. The Raya Campaign page is designed as a discovery hub, not every feature comes with discounts, vouchers,              or rewards. Some sections may:

  1. Help you discover nearby restaurants or services
  2. Provide convenient tools for payments, travel or transfers
  3. Offer vouchers, cashback or deals, subject to availability and terms

            Any rewards or benefits are feature-specific and not guaranteed.

 

  1. Who is eligible to join this campaign?

            This Campaign is open to the following participant(s) who meet all of the following criteria:

  1. The participant shall be a registered Touch ‘n Go eWallet (“TNG eWallet”) user; and
  2. The participant’s TNG eWallet account is registered with and linked to a valid Malaysian mobile number.

 

  1. How do I access the CNY campaign page?

            Simply open your TNG eWallet app and

  1. Tap on the “CNY Picks” tile on the homepage, or
  2. Access the campaign page through in-app promotional banners during the campaign period

 

  1. What types of vouchers and deals can I redeem from the campaign page?

            Depending on availability, the campaign may feature:

  1. Point-based vouchers – Redeem using your GOrewards points.
  2. Deals – Redeem using both GOrewards points and payment to purchase.
  3. Cashback or promo code offers.
  4. Discovery features (e.g. restaurant recommendations, travel tools).

            Some vouchers may be cashback, while others are discount/promo code vouchers that you apply at checkout.                  Each offer or feature has its own terms and conditions.

 

  1. Do all users see the same offers and features?

            Not necessarily. The content shown may vary based on:

  1. Eligibility
  2. Location
  3. Feature availability
  4. Merchant participation
  5. App configuration

 

  1. Where can I find and use my vouchers?

           All redeemed vouchers are available under the “My Rewards” section in the GOrewards landing page.                                 GOrewards landing page can be accessed through the homepage of the TNG eWallet app.

 

  1. When will I receive my cashback or reward (if applicable)?

           The timing depends on the type of offer:

  1. Cashback vouchers – credited to your TNG eWallet after completing a qualifying transaction
  2. Promo code/ discount vouchers – must be applied during checkout to enjoy the benefit
  3. Deals or services – fulfilled by the respective merchant or partner after the qualifying transaction

            Please refer to the individual voucher or feature terms for details.

  1. My voucher didn’t appear, or discount/cashback/deal wasn’t received, what should I do?

            If your voucher, or discount/cashback is not reflected after 3 working days, please:

  1. Check that your transaction met the campaign’s requirements and the respective voucher’s terms and conditions (e.g. spend amount, participating merchant, payment via TNG eWallet)
  2. Some discounts or promotional deals are fulfilled directly by the merchant or catalogue partner and may take additional time to be delivered.
  3. If still unresolved, contact Customer Service via Help Centre in your TNG eWallet app. Attach your transaction receipt for faster assistance

       10. Can I redeem more than one voucher or cashback?

            Yes, you may redeem multiple different vouchers or rewards during the campaign, as long as:

  1. The campaign budget or merchant quota is not fully claimed; and
  2. You meet the voucher’s respective terms and conditions (e.g. minimum spend); and
  3. Sufficient GOrewards points (if applicable)
  4. Unless stated otherwise by respective individual terms

 

  1. When do the vouchers expire?

           Each voucher or deal has its specific validity period. Once expired, the voucher or reward cannot be reinstated.               Do remember to use them before they expire to enjoy the benefits.

  1. Are there any limits to the rewards?

           Each voucher or deal may have a limited quantity set by the campaign or the merchant, on a first-come, first                   served basis. Once you have successfully redeemed or purchased a voucher/deal, you can use it as long as it is                 within the validity period.

  1. What if I cancel or refund my transaction?

            If a transaction is cancelled or refunded, the associated cashback, discount or reward will be voided and/or                      reversed.
