Q1 ​What does this Campaign offer?
A1 This campaign allows eligible users to enjoy a RM5 cashback on their first reload using a Malaysia-issued Mastercard Credit Card.

Q2 When is the campaign period?
A2 The campaign runs from 1 March 2026 to 30 June 2026, both dates inclusive.

Q3 Who is eligible to participate in this campaign?
A3 Open to TNG eWallet users who reload during the Campaign Period using a Malaysia-issued Mastercard Credit Card that has not been previously used for reload prior to the Campaign Period. Eligibility is limited to the participant’s first such card added and used during the Campaign Period. Subsequent newly added Mastercard Credit Cards will not be considered, regardless of whether the earlier transaction fulfils the Campaign mechanics.

Q4 ​How do I qualify for the cashback?
A4 You’ll get cashback when you reload your TNG eWallet with a Mastercard Credit Card during the campaign period. Cashback is based on the first reload amount in a single transaction, and each user can only receive it once throughout the campaign.

Q5 How much cashback will I receive?
A5 You will receive RM5 cashback for your first Mastercard credit card reload.

Q6 ​ Is there a limit to the number of users who can receive the cashback?
A6 Yes. Cashback is limited to the first 750 eligible users per week, on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the weekly allocation is fully claimed, no further cashback will be awarded for that week.

Q7 When will I receive the cashback?
A7 Cashback will be credited directly into your TNG eWallet within five (5) working days (T+5) from the weekly cashback fulfillment date

Q8 Are Mastercard cards issued outside Malaysia eligible?
A8 No. Only Malaysia-issued Mastercard Credit Cards are eligible. Mastercard cards issued in Singapore or any other foreign countries are not eligible for this campaign.

Q9 Will I receive a notification about the cashback allocation balance?
A9 No notifications will be sent after weekly cashback allocation has been fully claimed.
