Duitnow Reload and Ride Campaign

1. What does this Campaign offer?
   This Campaign offers RM3 Cashback Vouchers and Lucky Draw prizes (motorcycles) to eligible users who reload their TNG eWallet using DuitNow Transfer and make fuel purchases via the BUDI95 platform.
2. Who is eligible to participate in this campaign?
   Participants must be TNG eWallet users and meet the following conditions:
   • From 1 October 2025 onwards, have reloaded their eWallet exclusively using Credit Card and/or Debit Card issued by Malaysian banks;
   • Have never used DuitNow Transfer to reload their TNG eWallet prior to the Campaign Period.
3. What rewards can I receive from this campaign?
   Eligible Participants will receive:
   • One (1) RM3 Cashback Voucher per month (first-come, first-served, limited to 50,000 vouchers per month); and
   • One (1) Lucky Draw entry for every successful fuel purchase via the BUDI95 platform (minimum RM3 spend).
4. What are the Lucky Draw prizes?
   The Lucky Draw prizes are:
   • Grand Prize: 1 unit of Zontes 368G (Worth RM28,800);
   • Monthly Prizes: 3 units of Yamaha Y15ZR per month for 6 months. There is no maximum limit on Lucky Draw entries. However, each winner is only entitled to win one (1) prize throughout the Campaign.
5. What is the duration of this campaign?
   The Campaign runs from 1 March 2026 until 31 August 2026 (inclusive).
6. How do I qualify for the RM3 Cashback Voucher?
   • You must reload your TNG eWallet via DuitNow Transfer with a minimum of RM30 in a single successful transaction.
   • The voucher must be redeemed by making a fuel purchase via TNG eWallet on the BUDI95 platform with a minimum spend of RM3 at participating fuel stations.
   • Each Participant is limited to one (1) cashback voucher per month.
7. How do I qualify for Lucky Draw entries?
   • Reload via DuitNow Transfer with a minimum of RM30 in a single successful transaction; and
   • Make a fuel purchase via the BUDI95 platform using TNG eWallet with a minimum spend of RM3.
   • You will earn one (1) Lucky Draw entry for each successful fuel purchase transaction.
8. How long is the cashback voucher valid?
   The RM3 Cashback Voucher is valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. Unused vouchers will expire after this period.
9. Why did I not receive my cashback voucher?
   • You may not receive the voucher if:
   • The reload amount was below RM30;
   • The reload was not made via DuitNow Transfer;
   • You previously used DuitNow Transfer before the Campaign Period;
   • You are not eligible under BUDI95 criteria;
   • The monthly voucher allocation has been fully utilized; or
   • There is a breach of TNGD User or General Terms & Conditions.
10. How do I reload my eWallet using DuitNow?
    Step 1: Tap on “Reload” & copy your DuitNow account number
    Step 2: In your bank app, select transfer to “Touch ‘n Go eWallet”
    Step 3: Enter the recipient’s eWallet account number
    Step 4: Key in the desired amount (as low as RM1)
    Step 5: Verify the transaction details and approve it
