1. What is GOrewards Loyalty Program- Points?
GOrewards Loyalty Program (“Program”) is a loyalty program on Touch ‘n Go eWallet (“TNG eWallet”) that allows members to collect and redeem points through its mobile application. Users are required to join the program as a member to start collecting points. Membership is completely free of charge.
2. How can I onboard in the program?
Tap “Start Collecting Points” from GOrewards on your home screen and then tap on “Join Now”.
3. How are the earned points calculated?
Points are earned based on payments made using TNG eWallet. You will earn 1 point for every RM1 spent. For example:
· RM5.90 = 5 points
· RM1.11 = 1 point
· RM0.90 = 0 points
4. Which transactions earn points?
Members can earn points from various transaction types via payments made using TNG eWallet, including:
· Show QR code to pay
· Scan TNGD QR code
· Scan DuitNow QR code
· Online payment
· Payment through Touch ‘n Go eWallet Visa card
· Bills payment
· Telco: Postpaid, Prepaid
· App Store: Apple App Store, Google Play App
· In-app insurance
· Outbound international remittance through GOremit

5. Is it possible to check my points balance, expiration date, and transaction history?
Yes, go to “GOrewards” page, click on your available points and click on “View Point History”.
6. Do my points expire?
Yes, points will expire on the last day of the sixth (6) months from the month they were earned. For example:
· Points earned on 1 January 2023 will expire on 30 June 2023
· Points earned on 15 January 2023 will expire on 30 June 2023
· Points earned on 31 January 2023 will expire on 30 June 2023
7. What should I do if I have an issue with my points?

2. Is there a fee to join the program?
No, membership is completely free of charge and does not expire.

1. When will I get my points?
Points are awarded immediately after completing payment using TNG eWallet for specific transactions as outlined below:
· Show QR code to pay
· Scan TNGD QR code
· Scan DuitNow QR code issued by Touch ‘n Go eWallet

· Payment through Touch ‘n Go eWallet Visa card
· Bills payment
· Telco: Postpaid, Prepaid

2. Is there a physical membership card?
No. Memberships are completely digital and solely via TNG eWallet.
3. Why are points offered differently by each brand?
Members will earn 1 standard point for every RM1 spent. Any additional points offered are based on our partners’ offerings and point structures. Please refer to our promotion page for updates https://www.touchngo.com.my/promotion/rewards .
4. Can I collect bonus points with my TNG eWallet Visa Card?
Bonus points will only be issued for payment made with TNG eWallet. Payment with TNG eWallet Visa card is only entitled to standard points.
5. How can I redeem my points?
Tap on “Catalogue” from the GOrewards page and select your desired rewards.
6. Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No, points are non-transferable.
7. Can I extend the validity period of my points?
No, unused and unredeemed points cannot be extended or reinstated after they have expired.
8. Can I request a refund for redeemed points?
No, redeemed points are not refundable except for physical item redemption in cases like defective or wrongly delivered items. For more information on the return and refund policy for physical items, please refer HERE.
